1 Scoop Chocolate Protein Powder
4 tbsp. Unsweetened Regular or Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
4 tbsp. Ground Flaxseed
1 Whole Egg
4 Egg Whites
1/2 Cup Canned Pumpkin
2 tbsp. Coconut Oil
6 Packets Stevia or 3 tsp. liquid Stevia
1 tsp. Baking Powder
Dash of Coconut Extract (optional)
- Pre-Heat Oven to 350 degrees.
- Mix all ingredients with a hand held electric mixer.
- Spoon into lined muffin tins
- Bake for about 20 minutes.
